Cómo me libero del estrés without meant it

1- Sing your favorite song, with a hair brush as a microphone

2- Make Playlist that suites your mood! (girl power, grunge lost girl, quiet, etc etc)

3- Have small own goals: write a letter

4- Journaling: I've had a secret blog since 2011 where I write everything I feel. everything, toxic shit, deepest secrets, and it has been the most liberating thing ever

5- Keep you inspired !: Follow inspiring accounts! to make art

6- Do art, make art! art art

7- Take your dogs out for a walk and see how they smell, watch the birds, the weather, the architecture.

8- Having dates with yourself: Go to a museum, to a beautiful part, sit down and just relax

9- Stay organized without pressure: Be aware of what is coming. Chaos is stress, so chaos must be prevented.

10- Read things like HARRY POTTER <3

11- Sleeping thinking positive things, or imagine things that you would like to happen

12- make moodboards! Keeping inspired

13- Have your room / house neat and clean, decorate, make your own bubble in this cruel world.

14- Lighting candles

15- Giving yourself to makeover: being alone, trying new looks, makeup, pamper yourself

16- Own only things that you use

17- Petting your animals: their hair have healing powers

18- Making unexpected calls to people from your past

19- To quote a Hole song, "Just relax, just relax, just go to sleep."
